繼上次的首次巴黎租屋踢到鐵板後

我尋尋覓覓許久 

跨過11區往12區前進  相中了幾間公寓

有幾間很快的回覆我的請求

集合式住宅雖然較新穎  價錢也算合理

但是距離我想要的"法式老公寓"就差了那麼點老味道

所以開始離開11區往12區的方向尋找

或許是法國人先天的慵懶

回信的速度非常的緩慢

最後不耐等候的我  決定從幾間看起來有法式老味道的公寓下手

Paris-12  Bastille

位於大巴黎第12區  距離地鐵站約100m

提供獨立廚房(kitchen)、獨立衛浴(bathroom)和沙發床(sofa bed)

還有可以對外連繫的網路(ADSL internet)  畢竟丟下公事走人還是要負點境外責任

350 € / week + 35 € cleaning fee
 
400 € pledge(押金)
 
Hi Esther,
 
The studio is available for the period september 4th - 11th .
The price  is  350 euros  for the location + 35 euros  for the cleaning at the end of your stay. (And included bed linen and towels)
I ask for a 400-euro pledge when you enter the apartment.
If you interested , I shall send you a demand of deposit of 150 euros by transfer (PayPal) .
The reservation is confirmed as soon as the deposit is received.
After, I will send you a contract that I will ask you to send back duly signed.
I look forward to hearing from you soon .

這次我很識相的只問了押金的部分是否可以只付一半
 
畢竟之前瘋狂殺價下  房東再也不鳥我的經驗讓我不敢冒然行動
 
只能摸摸鼻子實實在在把租金付足
 
所幸法國房東很快的回覆我  他只收我一半200 € pledge

於是找了好久可以在巴黎的發呆窩
 
  
終於搞定了
  
它有我喜歡從窗外望出去的巴黎老街景
  
它有我喜歡可以自己下廚的開放式廚房
  
它有我喜歡坐在窗邊喝咖啡迎接早晨的小書桌
 
或許  或許
 
 
我要的就是那份讓我安然處於異鄉的熟悉感

我一向有我的堅持

梅  總說我很挑

而且她總說我老是幹一些一般人不會做的事

其實我也知道我這毛病犯的甚重

但又何妨

人生嘛

太過於按部就班  就會少了那麼點趣味
